Fantastic holiday home in Benalup with panoramic views.
Villa La Luz has been recently refurbished and transformed into a modern and fresh villa that looks and feels brand-new.
The terrace and garden have both been improved on and offer a patio next to the swimming pool, lovely benches, a terrace barbecue and beautiful flower beds.
The villa comprises a spacious and well fitted open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, large freezer…). The dining area leads to a living room that has a wonderful panoramic view. 4 bedrooms (1x2p., 1x2p. 1x2p., 4x1p.), 3 of which have airco, private bathrooms, with a bathtub, shower and toilet. Further on you will find a very spacious area with a washing machine and a dryer, an inner patio and a large laundry room. Fully fitted music system, which you can use via your Smartphone or computer, and enjoy you own music playlist in every room. The music in every room can be operated distinctly. Internet wifi. Airconditioning in 3 bedrooms.
The beautiful romaine private swimming pool (12x6m – depth: 1.60m) looks onto a lovely valley. Enjoy the sight while you keep fit!
The holiday home is located near a Golf resort. In this Benalup hotel and golf resort you find broad fairways, challenging bunkers and the occasional water hazard. Golfers of all levels can indulge in this golf resort. But especially non-golfers can also enjoy this location. As an additional asset you can also use the many hotel facilities (for a fee). For example the indoor swimming pool, the spa and its fitness centre, as well as the tennis courts. You can enjoy a nice/lovely/delicious breakfast, lunch or a drink with a beautiful view of the surrounding hills.
A 15-minute drive will take you to the adventure park Wakana with lots of challenging activities for young and old! Such as thrilling climbing tours in the trees, an adventure trail and different water sports. Andalucia is known for its horses: in the area you should try take a horse-riding lesson in one of the several beautiful riding schools. The closest beach is El Palmar (known as a good surf spot) and it’s only a twentyfive-minute drive, along beautiful white villages. Be sure to visit the white village of Vejer, which received an award for the most beautiful village in Spain.
For groceries, you can find everything you need in the village. You will find many typical Spanish restaurants in the area.

What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival is possible from 4:00 p.m. and departure until 9:30 a.m. In certain cases, an exception can be made. We are at your disposal to assist you, so please do not hesitate to contact us.
