The home is equipped with air conditioning, providing extra comfort during hot summer days. The home has 3 bedrooms with comfortable double beds (160 cm), and the living room features a sofa bed for 1 person.

The heated private pool (9 x 5 m, depth 1.40 m, heated upon request) is the absolute centerpiece and is surrounded by a well-maintained terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas. Thanks to the fenced-in garden, guests can enjoy complete peace and quiet. There are several open and covered terraces with garden furniture, and the barbecue is perfect for long summer evenings. Outdoor lighting and a sunny location create a true vacation atmosphere, from morning until sunset.

The vacation home is located a short distance from the beach, restaurants, a supermarket, and a bakery, ensuring a particularly comfortable vacation. Highly recommended are Mojácar Pueblo, the Cabo de Gata Nature Park, boat trips along idyllic bays, and family outings such as AquaVera Water Park. This region is also a top destination for golf enthusiasts and active vacationers.
Important: if the pool needs to be heated, please let us know at least 5 days in advance so that the water is at the right temperature by the time you arrive.

What are the arrival and departure times?
