This vacation home in Spain for 7 people features a bright and spacious living area with an open kitchen, dining area, and comfortable sitting area. Large windows provide plenty of natural light and a direct connection to the outdoors. The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with modern appliances. The home is equipped with air conditioning, providing extra comfort during hot summer days. The home has 3 bedrooms with comfortable double beds (160 cm), and the living room features a sofa bed for 1 person.

The heated private pool (9 x 5 m, depth 1.40 m, heated upon request) is the absolute centerpiece and is surrounded by a well-maintained terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas. Thanks to the fenced-in garden, guests can enjoy complete peace and quiet. There are several open and covered terraces with garden furniture, and the barbecue is perfect for long summer evenings. Outdoor lighting and a sunny location create a true vacation atmosphere, from morning until sunset.

The vacation rental is located a short distance from the beach, restaurants, a supermarket, and a bakery, ensuring a particularly comfortable vacation. The region around Vera and Mojácar offers plenty of options: beautiful beaches, golf courses, hiking and biking trails, and charming Andalusian villages. Highly recommended are Mojácar Pueblo, the Cabo de Gata Nature Reserve, boat trips along idyllic bays, and family outings such as AquaVera Water Park. This region is also a top destination for golf enthusiasts and active vacationers.
Important: if the pool needs to be heated, please let us know at least 5 days in advance so that the water is at the right temperature by the time you arrive.

What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival is possible from 4:00 p.m. and departure until 9:30 a.m. In certain cases, an exception can be made. We are at your disposal to assist you, so please do not hesitate to contact us.
Can I bring my dog to the holiday home?
