On the ground floor, you will find a bright living room, dining room, an open kitchen, a bathroom, and a bedroom opening onto the terrace. On the first floor, there are two more bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, and a separate bathroom. The fourth bedroom is located on the second floor. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, and the bathrooms are equipped with rain showers and towel warmers. For our environmentally conscious guests, there is an electric vehicle charging station available. The property features multiple open and covered terraces, ideal for a relaxing dinner prepared on the Ofyr BBQ. The heated private pool (open from May to October, 10x5m and depth 1.2-1.8m) is surrounded by lush greenery. Relax after a swim on the comfortable sun loungers under a parasol by the pool. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and spectacular views, and immerse yourself in the serene nature. The nearby village of Monte Rinaldo is within walking distance, where you can find daily groceries or enjoy an Italian coffee on the terrace of a cozy bar. Explore local markets and taste wines at the various surrounding wineries. In the area, you will find numerous medieval towns and charming villages, such as Ortezzano, Montelparo, and Montottone. Whether you want to sunbathe on the Adriatic coast or hike in the Monti Sibillini, it's all within a half-hour drive. Villa Rinaldo is the perfect base to explore the beautiful Le Marche region.
