Interior: Comfort and Light This holiday home for 6 people in Provence is bright and welcoming, with large bay windows opening directly onto the terraces. The modern kitchen has been recently installed and is equipped with high-end appliances, including a 5-burner gas hob, an oven with grill, a microwave, and a Nespresso machine. All bedrooms are located on the ground floor, as the upper level is not accessible to guests. There are three spacious bedrooms: The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. The two other bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath/shower combination, sink, and toilet. There is also a separate guest toilet in the hallway. For added comfort, the entire house is equipped with central air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant indoor temperature at all times.

Exterior: Relax in the Sun or Shade Over 85 m² of terraces surround the house, including a covered section with a comfortable seating area and a large table for shaded outdoor dining. The villa is set in a beautiful 2,200 m² Provençal garden, planted with olive trees, flowers, and aromatic herbs. At the heart of this outdoor space lies a private mosaic-tiled swimming pool (9 x 5 m, depth: 1.50 m), with lighting and an electric cover for child safety. There is also an outdoor shower next to the pool. The property has a private driveway with an automatic gate for easy parking. The garage is closed and not available for guest use.

Surroundings: Authentic Provence The house is ideally located just 600 m on foot from the centre of Flayosc, one of the most charming villages in the Var hinterland. Here you will find restaurants, bakeries, shops, a playground, walking trails with fitness equipment, horse riding, and other leisure activities. The surrounding area offers plenty to explore: wine estates, picturesque Provençal villages such as Lorgues, Tourtour, or Aups with their local markets, trips to the coast (Sainte-Maxime, Saint-Tropez), or the natural park of the Gorges du Verdon with its striking turquoise waters. Famous cities like Aix-en-Provence, Nice, and Cannes are also easily reachable for a day trip.
