The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen connects to a large dining table that seats up to 10 people and a cozy living room with a smart TV. On the same floor, you’ll find three bedrooms: one master suite with a private bathroom, and two bedrooms that share a second bathroom.

Exterior The entire plot is fully fenced, ensuring complete privacy. Outside, you’ll find various garden furniture pieces to relax around the private pool (9.5 x 4.5 m), which is surrounded by artificial grass. An outdoor shower is also available for your convenience. A spacious covered terrace offers a large dining table and an outdoor lounge area, allowing you to enjoy the shade during the hottest hours of the day.
