This modern apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, with a fully equipped open kitchen, a dining area, and a bright living room overlooking a covered terrace of 25m2, ideal for dining or relaxing. The flat offers a soothing view of the private pool with beautiful landscaped garden of this particular residence. The beautiful lake is barely a 3-minute walk away.
The 2 bedrooms each have a large 180cm bed and 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet. Furthermore, a sofa bed in the living room comfortably accommodates 6 people. For families with small children, we also offer the option to add a baby cot and a high chair.
The surroundings offer plenty of activities to do, with the beach just 4 km away, an 18-hole golf course 1 km away, and the opportunity to visit fascinating cities such as Murcia and Cartagena. The restaurant and bar on the Resort are excellent and just 500 meters away. You can reach the supermarket in just 5 minutes by car (outside the Resort).

What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival is possible from 4:00 p.m. and departure until 9:30 a.m. In certain cases, an exception can be made. We are at your disposal to assist you, so please do not hesitate to contact us.
