La Bastide Douce is a fantastic and exceptional vacation home with a private heated pool for 21 people located in Lorgues (Var, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur). The beautifully renovated vacation home in France is quietly located on a hill in a lush green setting of 26,000 m² of private estate and only a 400m-walk from the center of the idyllic village of Lorgues.

This beautiful authentic vacation property with pool for 21 people has been renovated with traditional and modern materials to ensure the ideal combination of authenticity and comfort. The very spacious kitchen with 2 dishwashers has plenty of workstations. There is also a large storage room with extra refrigerator. The dining area is spacious enough to enjoy dinner together with all the vacationers. There is also a billiard room and library for entertainment. The rooms are very spacious almost all enjoy private bathrooms and beautiful views of the surrounding property. The rooms on the second floor overlooking the terrace. The master bedroom on the second floor has a breathtaking panoramic view of the Massif des Maures and the hills of Le Thoronet. Thanks to a strategic placement of air conditioning in the hallways, all the rooms can be adequately cooled during the summer.

From the spacious living and dining room one enters a large natural covered terrace with huge table for 22 people. Slightly lower down is the huge fenced and heated private pool (7x15m). This location protects swimmers from being seen, while maintaining tranquility for those who prefer sunbathing. The pool heater allows the pool to be used even in February.

There are several nice spots on the property to isolate yourself. You can enjoy a good book under the natural shade of the trees. Meanwhile, be surprised by the scent of the blooming lavender and roses scattered throughout the property. Lean back and enjoy the tranquility. 

The multisport complex Stade Jean Turchi is a few minutes' walk from the Bastide.  You'll find a rugby and soccer field, a skate park, a pumptrack, a bmx/bike park, playgrounds and a gym with a fitness room and a climbing wall. Lorgues is within walking distance with its widely known Tuesday market, and its many pleasant terraces and restaurants. Interesting places such as Draguignan, Frejus, St. Tropez and the amazing Gorges du Verdon are about 25 to 40 minutes away. Provence has a lot of sights to offer. On the estate you will also find 3 independent cottages, these can be rented, making the total number of 41 people who can come. If interested, please contact us.
