Interior: This luxury holiday home offers a stylish and refined atmosphere with a boho-chic design. The interior is modern and minimalist, and the villa is equipped with air conditioning throughout. It features 2 bedrooms: a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and a second bedroom with a separate bathroom. The living room has a sofa bed that can accommodate an additional guest if needed, for an extra charge.

Exterior: Enjoy the private pool (3.7m x 8 m). The garden is surrounded by low greenery and decorated with boho-chic accents. There is a pergola providing shade for a cozy dining area and a separate coffee nook. Relax in the sun on the comfortable sunbeds or dine al fresco at the shaded dining tables. There is also parking space for two cars.

Surroundings: The villa is located just 2 km from Golden Beach, one of Paros' most popular beaches, with easy access to other beaches such as Farangas Beach (12 km) and Santa Maria Beach (19 km). Nearby, you’ll find charming villages like Chora Antiparos (5 km), Naoussa (15 km), and Parikia (20 km), where you can enjoy local restaurants, shops, and culture.
