This cosy holiday home is entirely on the ground floor and offers a very nice, stylish and extremely comfortable interior. For film lovers, there is a home cinema, perfect for relaxing evenings after a day of adventure and in the basement a mancave with treadmill, darts, weights and TV.

Each room offers access to beautiful, spacious terraces and the large private swimming pool (12x6m, depth 0.5 - 2m, heated from April to October). There is a beautiful sun terrace with lounge and a covered terrace with BBQ. Be enchanted by the panoramic views of the beautiful countryside and the Douro River. Enjoy a glorious sunrise every morning that awakens the beautiful landscape. During the season, savour the beautiful fruit trees with grapes, peach, oranges, lemon, kiwi and pomegranates. The estate also includes a small forest where children love to romp or explore.

One of the many highlights of this location is the ability to walk on foot to an idyllic beach on the river (500m). An oasis of calm where you can sunbathe, swim, picnic,... For sports enthusiasts, there is also kayaking and a summer bar during the summer. There is a small harbour about 10 minutes away by car where you can water-ski.

There is a wealth of attractions. Visit the beautiful vineyards of the Douro Valley taste delicious local wines and discover the region's rich history. Take a boat trip on the Douro River, explore the charming villages nearby and don't miss the beautiful city of Porto. About 3 km away and you'll find some very local, simple restaurants.
