The vacation home l'Uliveto for 4 people is located at the farthest point of the estate and is surrounded by beautiful olive trees. The cottage has a own garden and spacious terrace. The view from the cottage and terrace is unique and extends from the mountains above Pisa to the sea and over the extinct volcano: Monsummano Alto, an impressive natural phenomenon. The perfect place to enjoy a delicious local wine or extensive cozy barbecue.

The vacation home Il Fienile is for 5 people and enjoys a beautiful enclosed garden and covered terrace. Ideal for small or playing children. This cottage is a little closer to the pool, very nice for a quick splash! In front of the entrance of the vacation home you have a large nice enclosed private garden with green grass, ideal for children to romp around. On your private terrace you can also enjoy a nice barbecue or a blissful glass of wine.

There is a large common fenced infinity pool (10x13m, open after 01/06) with a children's pool 40 cm deep. The pool is very child friendly. All ages can have fun here! From the pool one enjoys powerful panoramic views of the surrounding nature. Absolute pure enjoyment.

The owners live on site and are very discreet. They are always available to inform guests about the area, restaurants, etc. They produce oil and wines and are more than happy to let you taste their harvest.

In terms of Sightseeing there are plenty of opportunities in the Chianti region! Be sure to visit the medieval village of Montevettolini just 1 km away. For complete relaxation, you can go to Montecatini Terme. This town is known for its many spas and buildings in "Liberty-style" architecture. For a little more action, you can take the cable car up to Montecatini Alto on the hilltop above Montecatini Terme. Here there are several bars and restaurants, definitely recommended for lunch or dinner. About a 15-minute drive will take you to Pistoia, this beautiful city was named the Italian Cultural Capital of the Year in 2017. There is a daily fruit and vegetable market, and a weekly large market on Wednesdays. It is the ideal place to stroll around and soak up Italian culture. Furthermore, you have several sights all less than 1 hour away: Collodi park, the birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci, the shopping town of Lucca, Pisa, Viareggio, Florence, ...

It is possible to rent an extra room for a supplement of €100 per week (bed 160 cm, shower room with toilet bidet and sink). The common washing machine can be used with a supplement of €7 (products included). Rentals are not required from Saturday to Saturday, but a minimum of 7 nights is required in high season.
